About Us – The Tenets of Our Faith
We believe in the Trinity as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We hold faithfully in the divinity of the Lord Jesus Christ; His virgin birth, His sinless life, His shed blood, and His ascension.
We hold to the Bible’s Tenets that “God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son that who so ever believes in Him will have eternal life. God’s love for the world is shown in the Cross. For this, we give Him all the glory and the praise.

Christian Women are highly challenged in certain areas of life as well as Non-Christian women. The values we hold as Christians challenge the tenets of our faith with the need for the “honorable” and godly actions. We have diverse qualities of spiritual gifts for working in the church community, the home and in the marketplaces.
Therefore, we must be responsible and alert to the Holy Spirit about the good and evilness in the world, the Flesh and the Devil. But thanks to God through Christ Jesus, for His grace and mercy that keeps us keeping on. What do you surrender to in tough times?
Christian women of all ages and of diverse homelands are invited to fellowship with Connecting Sisters in Christ that we all might become “One” and virtuous in the Lord.

About the Ministry Leader and Visionary
Lady Barbara Bailey, a born-again believer, is a student of Jesus Christ. She is the eldest of eight siblings. She is an ordained Deaconess of the Free International Christian Church (FICC).
She freely proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is dedicated to the mission to whom God has called her to do “Bring His Daughters to Him”. Through this “Call”, Connecting Sisters in Christ was established. The mission calls for
Bridging Gaps of Diversity for Unity in Christ.
In the dedication of her "Calling" She says it is very challenging often joined with hardships, but I remain
obedient to the “Call” and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
We are not a church only a fellowship of Christian Women celebrating Christ thru praise and worship and
gifts of the Spirit.
She completed her Public School Education in Washington, DC. She holds an undergraduate in Corrections /Justice Administration from the University of the District of Columbia, holds a BS degree in Organizational Management from Nyack Christian College and Seminary, soon to pursue an MA in Bible Theology and Women in Ministry.
She is married to Archbishop Wilbert Bailey DC. Along with her church duties, she ministers as homemaker, grandmother, student, a loving wife, and best friend to some. Together, they have three adult children – all born-again who also preaches and teaches the gospel of Christ.
